Refund policy
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

We will await the return of your order before processing any refunds or product exchanges. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting and working out the details of a return will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We're generally happy to accept change of mind returns and exchanges, as we understand it can be difficult to judge the true colour, texture and character of a textile product by digital image alone.
We assess returns on a case–by–case basis. If the reason for the return is due to us, for example, inaccurately or insufficiently describing a product or its specifications on our website, or if we incorrectly answered your enquiry about said product prior to your purchase, then we'll happily cover the cost of the return postage and forward you a printable, prepaid post label.
However we may request that you cover the return postage if we believe we did everything we could to accurately and comprehensively describe the product according to your needs, and the reason for the return is beyond our control.
Damages and faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (including during postage) or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
